Well I use Blogger for my blog. To keep track of blog tours,reviews and any thing else I may need I use Google Calendar. I don't have a mailing list. Haven't decided if I want to do so or not. I really haven't done anything special with any other sites but with doing this #BookBlogWriMo I have been finding new tools and techinques that I am really thinking about using and seeing if that will make a difference in the way I blog and the followers I have.
